Spring Maintenance Tip - Toilet Flappers

It's a good idea to check your toilet flappers at least once a year. If they are showing their age, it's a good idea to replace them before they start leaking and wasting water.

If you notice you have to jiggle the tank lever to stop the toilet from running, a soft hissing sound, low flushing power, or water rippling in the bowl it's definitely time to replace your toilet's flapper :).
